Highlights with Toner Included in Madera, CA

There's a huge difference between highlights that look luminous and ones that look striped, and it all comes down to how thick each foil-wrapped section is. In foil the strand is wrapped and lifts further than hand painting. The difference between bright and striped is section thickness: finer around the face, more spaced at the nape.

We check the foils every few minutes rather than setting a timer, since every head lifts differently — especially with box color on it.
